Dwelling Property Policies
We at Fisher Financial Services, Inc. want to be able to provide our clients with as many products as possible. This is why we offer numerous policies through our dwelling property program. We can quote business through this program for tenant occupied dwellings; dwellings under construction; one, two, three or four families residential dwellings; personal property coverage; mobile home; condos; and more.
We offer three mail policy forms in our dwelling property program.
- FL-1 Basic Form
- L-2 Broad Form
- FL-3 Special Form
Each policy form has four principle coverages available under a dwelling property policy.
- Coverage A-Residence
- Coverage B-Other Structures (Related Private Structures)
- Coverage C-Personal Property
- Coverage D-Additional Living Costs and Fair Rental Value
Under the dwelling property program there are also two different loss settlement provisions.
- Form FL-1 and mobile homes—covered losses are settled on an actual cash value basis
- Form FL-2 and FL-3—an 80% insurance-to-value requirement triggers replacement cost loss settlement for covered building losses. Other covered losses are settled on an actual cash value basis.
