Commercial General Liability
Coverage form provides general liability coverage. It has
six separate limits of liability as follows:
- Coverage (A) Bodily Injury and Property Damage-This is
the limit the company will pay or bodily injury and/or property
damage to which this insurance applies.
- Coverage (B) Personal and Advertising Injury
Limit-This is the most the company will pay for personal and
advertising injury arising from any one occurrence, regardless
of the number of claimants.
- Coverage (C) Medical Expense Limit-The most the company will
pay for medical expenses because of “bodily injury” sustained by
any one person.
- General Aggregate Limit-The most the company will pay for
the sum of medical expenses under coverage C, damages under
coverage A, except damages because of bodily injury or property
damage included in the products-completed operations hazard, and
damages under coverage B.
- Products/Completed Operations Aggregate Limit-The most
the company will pay under Coverage A for damages because of
bodily injury and property damage included in the
product-completed operation hazard.
- Damage to Premises Rented to You Limit-The most the
company will pay for damages because of property damage to any
one premise, while rented to the insured or in the case of
damage by fire, while rented to the insured or temporarily
occupied by the insured with permission of the owner.
Each Occurrence Limit-The most the company will pay for the sum
of damages under Coverage (A) and medical expenses under coverage C
because of all bodily injury and property damages arising out of any
one occurrence.
