Available coverage types with
Rockingham Mutual are as follows...
- Coverage (A)
Dwelling-covers the residence on the premises
- Coverage (B) Related
private structures-covers unattached structures related to the
residence, other than structures designed or used for farming or
business purposes
- Coverage (C) Personal
property-covers your personal property other than farm personal
property owned by or in care of the insured.
- Coverage (D)
Additional living costs and loss of rent-covers increased living
expenses, loss of rent or fair market rental value that occur
when an insured loss makes the insured premises unfit for use.
- Coverage (E) Farm
buildings, Barns, and structures-covers additional farm
dwellings, barns, portable buildings and structures, other farm
buildings and structures, and tenant's improvements in farm
buildings for which a limit is shown on the declaration page or
a schedule. Silos are only covered when specifically listed on
the application and/or policy.
- Coverage (F) Scheduled
farm personal property-covers classes or items of farm personal
property for which a limit is shown on the declaration page or
schedule.
- Coverage (G)
Unscheduled farm personal property-covers farm personal property
on a blanket basis. This coverage MUST be shown on he
declaration page.
- Coverage (L)
Liability-coverage (L) pays on the behalf on the insured for
damages due to bodily injury or property damage caused by an
occurrence that involves the insured premises and related
operations or the insured's personal activities.
- Coverage) Medical
payments to others-coverage (M) pays medical payments on the
behalf of the insured to persons who are not resident members of
the household.
